Tiffany Gilly-Forrer

EMC Actor, Award-winning Singer
Seven Pillars Acting Instructor
Intimacy & Voice Coach

Pacific Northwest Grown, Anywhere-bound

Originally from Portland, OR, Tiffany Gilly-Forrer is an actor who is both relentlessly optimistic and fiercely determined. She came from very humble beginnings and has made much with what little she started with, thanks to her hard-work ethic and the support of close people in her life. She is presently working on her Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Acting at Louisiana State University, graduating in August 2021. Tiffany is passionate about teaching young people how to act using the Seven Pillars Acting technique and loves her work as a vocal/accent coach and also intimacy director. When she's not on the stage or screen, she enjoys hiking, writing jokes for her next stand up routine or songs on her Ukulele, and spending her days with her spouse, friends, and family.

Solo Show - The Power of Listening
Virtual - Louisiana State University - Thesis Project
Streaming April, 2021 times TBD

This spring, Tiffany will be performing a one-person show that she has written, edited, and workshopped, primarily on her own with support and mentoring from the Louisiana State University School of Theatre and the current MFA cohort.

The Power of Listening beings with a young woman who has a problem: she has writer's block and hasn't felt inspired to write a song in months! Through telling her stories and feeling seen and heard by her audience, this young woman discovers what truly inspires her and what could potentially inspire many others. This piece will be made for young audiences, but enjoyable for all.

More info will soon be posted to the LSU Theatre website: www.lsu.edu/cmda/theatre.
